I joined the Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy team because of their individualistic therapeutic approach. Through my experience working in trauma, I’ve seen firsthand how crucial mental health is in one’s healing; being in an environment that supports individual growth is both inspiring and empowering.
Psychology and mental health have always been near and dear to me, both personally and professionally. I graduated with a bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies, minoring in both Psychology and Civic and Community Engagement. My focus was on brain development across the lifespan, and with that I have decided to pursue my master’s in Counseling Psychology. I am looking forward to growing, learning, and helping patients achieve their own mental freedom through the Center.
